OUR TEAS
FeStevia teas are sweet, aromatic infusions containing a variety of herbs and may all be enjoyed hot, at room temperature or iced.
The inclusion of the Stevia leaf in each product imbues it with a naturally sweet taste giving our teas depth of flavour, a unique quality not generally found in other herbal infusions.
Our teas are available in 3 different blends each containing a variety of herbs combined with a core blend of ginger, thyme and stevia. Each tea contains different properties that are suited to different times of the day, hence their names :

This blend evolved at a time when two of my children were diagnosed with ADHD and ADD. I began to read a lot about these conditions and how lifestyle can have a huge impact on them. As a result I started to research ingredients that would aid both memory and concentration but would also help to invigorate and prepare my family for the day ahead. The result was our Good Morning Blend.
GOOD AFTERNOON TEA
I created this blend as a way to get me through that 4pm sugar craving. I wanted something that would help balance my blood sugar whilst also lifting my energy levels and mood. I found my Good Afternoon infusion alleviated the desire to grab for a chocolate bar or slice of cake and instead allowed me to create a much healthier habit.
GOOD NIGHT TEA
We have all experienced how hectic and stressful modern life can be and often this can be carried over into the times when we should be resting and recharging. With this in mind I set out to create a blend that would calm and soothe my family at the end of each day and help us to prepare for a peaceful and regenerating night's sleep.
